Location: The Netherlands.
2017 Goals: Kitty’s main challenge in 2017 is to complete a 400km Audax ride with other ElliptiGO Ultra-Endurance Team riders, in the UK. A big part of this challenge for her will be the international travel involved. Until the 2016 ElliptiGO European Championships she’d never been outside The Netherlands, but for her 2017 challenge she’ll actually need to board a plane for the very first time!
How I Train:
Monday: 1.5 hours cycling and 2.5 hours on the ElliptiGO Arc.
Tuesday: 1.5 hours cycling and 1.5 hours on the indoor spin bike.
Wednesday: 1.5 hours cycling and 2.25 hours on the ElliptiGO 11R.
Thursday: 1.5 hours cycling and 1.5 hours on the indoor spin bike.
Friday: 1.5 hours cycling.
Saturday: 4.5 hours on the ElliptiGO Arc. I will sometimes use the ElliptiGO 11R for this 4.5 hour ride.
Sunday: One hour walking.
